Dealers enjoy 24x7, real-time online access to their customer's security system status, including their alarm history, via our proprietary Dealer Portal.
Our portal refreshes every 15 seconds, allowing dealers to watch their customer's activity in real-time. The moment our operators complete their handling of the customer's alarm, dealers can view a complete activity log for the account, documenting all of the actions that were just taken, as well as the account name, address, number, and a web-link to the account itself.

Portal Access
Dealers can also offer Portal Access to their customers. Dealers have complete control over this access and may enable/disable access or modify access permissions at any time. Dealers can allow their customers to request service or changes and even place their system in an ON/OFF or TEST status. With this access, customers can view their account information, review the last three months of activity, or monitor real-time activity as it occurs. Customers can also be given access to multiple accounts with a single login ID.Custom Reports & Lists
On-demand customized reports
Dealers can create on-demand customized reports and lists for their customer database. Standard information such as Address, City/State/Zip, Create Date, Last Signal Date, etc., can be easily supplemented by 30 additional data fields. Dealers may request reports to be sent to them or their customers on a per account basis, and can schedule these on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.Direct Data Entry
Update customer information
Our Dealer Portal allows our Dealers and their designated employees to enter and update their own customer information. In addition, Dealers can activate or disable an account at any time, without having to call our monitoring center.
